Pizzas of the USA was a panel discussion and tasting of America's regional pizza styles. Among the panelists were Scottie Rivera of Scottie's Pizza Parlor, Shardell Dues of Red Sauce, Kristin Brown of East Glisan Pizza, Will Fain of Handsome Pizza, and Mark Doxtader of Tastebud.
I organized, produced, and hosted the event. The project was presented by Atlas Obscura Society of Portland in April 2018 at American Legion Post 134 in NE Portland.
